  • Raising awareness of women's strengths and using them / self-image and image of others
  • What additional typical strengths can women acquire and how can women lead authentically and consciously use their female strengths?
  • Sources of motivation - having fun and enjoying leadership
  • Leadership and efficiency (goals, prioritization, delegation and time management)
  • Practical examples, exchange, feedback

Content 2 - continuation of Part I for advanced students (to be booked separately) - optional (1-day workshop):

  • Reflection
  • Experience reports from the peers and development of challenging cases from the last six months
